I wouldn't say that recycling is something we feel very strongly about. It's not that we are against it. I was once told not to worry about recycling at all. Strange as this may sound there was a reasoning underlying that crazily glinting eye. As far as I can remember it went something like this. "The government initiative for splitting the bins between 'recyclables' and 'waste' was introduced prior to the waste department actually being capable of making any real use of this split; hence all our refuse ends up at the same spot". I still am not sure what to make of this. potential conspiracy? Alarmingly heinous crime? complete waste of my time? either way the message is simple. Fucking Recycle.
